Policy Impact With increasing emphasis on improving mental health of older Australians, this study suggests that approximately 80% of individuals who were effectively treated with cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) for anxiety or depression remained asymptomatic approximately 5 years later, even during COVID‐19.
